MIDTOWN 3rd - 6th Grade BOYS
ONE-on-ONE Program (ONE)
The Midtown One-on-One Program (ONE) creates an early foundation of good study habits, along with organizational and goal-setting skills that support future academic success. One-on-one tutoring and character mentoring is the rock of this program; each boy is paired with his own tutor to work on improving academically (especially in Math and Language Arts) and on developing good character habits.

Midtown ONE Summer Achievement Camp is for boys entering 3rd through 5th grades. These students will be placed into teams with dedicated coaching staff, instructors, and academic advisors who will serve as individual mentors to each student. Through team sports like soccer, football, basketball, and volleyball, boys will learn sportsmanship, build friendships, and stay fit and active.
Midtown takes a holistic approach to summer camp where half of the day is devoted to personal and academic growth. Daily character education classes teach important virtues like gratitude, prudence, and justice. Core academics classes will include Midtown Reads (Reading), Midtown Paints (Art), Midtown Explores (Science), Midtown Chess (special Friday activity), and The Midtown Weekly (Writing). Progress-monitoring Math and Reading assessments will be taken at the beginning and end of the program.
In addition to academics and sports, Midtown advisors will meet with each 3rd-5th grade student one-on-one during the week, in-person, and will check-in with parents/guardians at least once a week to discuss progress.
COST: $375 This covers all instruction, field trips, and a complete program supply kit. Income based scholarships and discounts are available. No child will be turned away due to financial limitations.
