Hector is the President at Evans Food Group Ltd, based in Chicago. He is responsible for the world's largest manufacturing of private label pork rinds (salty snacks). With 5 different manufacturing facilities located in Illinois, Texas, Ohio, California, and Mexico, Evans is the leader of its category in more than 13 countries.
Hector is a graduate from the General Management Program at Harvard Business School. He also attended marketing programs at Kellogg School of Management. He graduated with an MBA at IPADE Business School in Monterrey Mexico. He is an engineer in food technology from Monterrey Tech (ITESM) in Mexico.
Hector has a passion for service, he inspires co-workers to serve customers and consumers with a clear vision and a set of priorities that promote alignment in the team efforts. When people ask Hector about his professional life, he does not hesitate to say "helper."
He is number 6 in a family of 9 children. Hector currently lives in a suburb of Chicago with his wife Daniela and 3 children.
