In early 2004, MEF decided to conduct an alumni survey to update the statistics by which MEF measures the success of its elementary, junior high, and high school programs (known as the “One-on-One,” “MAP,” and “COP” programs respectively).
The survey team ultimately interviewed over 200 respondents using a combination of leading-edge automated calling technologies as well as old-fashioned volunteer “call-a-thons.”
