The essence of the MEF mission focuses on helping inner city kids.  Any extension of that ideal by other organizations resonates with MEF’s mission. MEF is an outwardly focused organization that values the sharing of ideas, and MEF staff learns by experience-sharing with other organizations.  Since experience is often the best teacher, this sharing of knowledge can be a real time-saver in reaching a broader set of kids beyond the physical limits of the MEF facilities.
